style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Voor de meeste precisie CNC-bewerkingen is aluminium mijn eerste keuze:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">6061-T6<\/span><\/span><\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Geschikt voor: algemene precisieonderdelen, bevestigingsmiddelen, behuizingen.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Voordelen: goede bewerkbaarheid, goede sterkte, stabiel, lage kosten.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Typisch gebruik: \u00b10,01\u20130,02 mm toleranties zijn zeer haalbaar onder goede procescontrole.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">7075-T6<\/span><\/span><\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Geschikt voor: hoogsterke, lichtgewicht onderdelen (drones, lucht- en ruimtevaart, raceauto's).<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Voordelen: veel sterker dan 6061, maar nog steeds zeer bewerkbaar.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Let op: hogere kosten, maar wanneer u een sterkte-gewichtsverhouding nodig hebt zonder titanium te gebruiken, is dit de ideale keuze.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Roestvrijstalen opties kunnen strikte toleranties realiseren (304, 316)<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Als u sterkte, corrosiebestendigheid en reinigingsmiddelen nodig hebt, geef ik de voorkeur aan:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">304 roestvrij staal<\/span><\/span><\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Geschikt voor: structurele en decoratieve onderdelen, algemeen industrieel gebruik.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Voordelen: goede corrosiebestendigheid, acceptabele bewerkbaarheid.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Toepassingsgebieden: u hebt duurzaamheid en een goede oppervlakteafwerking nodig, tegen een redelijke prijs.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">316\/316L roestvrij staal<\/span><\/span><\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Geschikt voor: maritieme, chemische en medische
