Pour les pi\u00e8ces CNC \u00e0 tol\u00e9rance serr\u00e9e, un mauvais choix de mat\u00e9riau peut entra\u00eener un d\u00e9formation, un d\u00e9passement de tol\u00e9rance, une usure rapide ou un \u00e9chec de certification. maximale.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Stabilit\u00e9 dimensionnelle et contr\u00f4le strict des tol\u00e9rances<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Pour<\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Usinage CNC avec tol\u00e9rances serr\u00e9es<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">, la stabilit\u00e9 dimensionnelle et la r\u00e9sistance sont tout aussi importantes :<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: alliages peuvent se d\u00e9placer lors de l'usinage ou apr\u00e8s traitement thermique.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Num\u00e9ros d'aluminium pour CNC de pr\u00e9cision (6061, 7075)<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Pour la plupart des travaux CNC de pr\u00e9cision, l'aluminium est mon premier choix :<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">6061-T6<\/span><\/span><\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Id\u00e9al pour : pi\u00e8ces de pr\u00e9cision g\u00e9n\u00e9rales, fixations, bo\u00eetiers.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Avantages : bonne usinabilit\u00e9, r\u00e9sistance, stabilit\u00e9, faible co\u00fbt.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Usage typique : une tol\u00e9rance de \u00b10,01\u20130,02 mm est tout \u00e0 fait r\u00e9aliste avec un bon contr\u00f4le du processus.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">7075-T6<\/span><\/span><\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Id\u00e9al pour : pi\u00e8ces \u00e0 haute r\u00e9sistance et l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 (drones, a\u00e9rospatiale, courses automobiles).<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Avantages : beaucoup plus r\u00e9sistant que le 6061, tout en restant tr\u00e8s facile \u00e0 usiner.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Remarque : co\u00fbt plus \u00e9lev\u00e9, mais lorsque vous avez besoin d'un rapport r\u00e9sistance\/poids sans utiliser de titane, c'est le choix id\u00e9al.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Options en acier inoxydable pour tol\u00e9rances strictes (304, 316)<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Si vous avez besoin de r\u00e9sistance, de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la
